Who We Are
Small on Purpose.
When we worked for other agencies, we saw clients paying a lot of money for only part of a solution. Half of the story. Pieces of answers. Clients were gate-kept from the creative team. We didn't like it then, and we don't like it now.
We founded Flannel to provide high quality creative work to companies who deserve to get what they're paying for. You're never more than a phone call, email, text, or Slack message away from the people doing the work for you.
We're small, and this is by design. Our overhead is low, our processes are tight, and the result is a LOT of work, for not a lot of money.

Leadership
Some darn fine humans trying to change the world, one client at a time.

MELODY BRIDGES
Founder & CEO
Past Life: Actor, Playwright and Producer
Melody is a visionary strategist, author and creator who knows how to build and manage the ‘A’ team. Generally, that means getting out of the way, for real.
With specialized training in organizational development and business communication, Melody's singular objective on every project is to build creative trust and collaborative systems to perform high-stakes work.

How she went from 'serious fringe' to an award-winning musical theater performer is hilarious and you should ask her about it.

CHRISTIAN ROSSI
Chief Creative Officer
Past Life: Video Game Creative Director, UX Consultant, and Super-Villain
Creative isn’t a big enough word to describe what Christian does. He moves mountains to get at your core.
His background in the big-name gaming world means he starts with user experience first. Projects begin with the question, "What do you want people to do?"
From websites to apps to high design marketing collateral, every execution is strategy-driven starting by honoring the user.

His kids are driving him crazy.

IAN PARKER
Chief Strategy Officer
Past Life: News Producer and Reporter
Somehow both highly analytical and highly creative, Ian drives strategic initiatives for both Flannel and our clients.
A hands-on project manager, he leads creative work from the front, writing and designing alongside our team. Years as a broadcast journalist taught him how to craft a memorable narrative and tame a deadline.
Claim to fame: An EMMY nomination for a story about a professional cuddler (it's probably still on the internet).
We Are (Proudly)
Woman-Owned
Flannel is woman-owned. That matters.
Our societies require everyone be given a seat at the table. In the US, women have held voting rights for just 100 years. In business, women are still fighting to be promoted and compensated at the same rate as their male counterparts.
At Flannel, all team members are compensated on a matrix based on equality first, with equal access to opportunities for skill building, promotion and leadership. We actively seek women and women-identifying candidates for open positions and expanding teams, and promote ourselves as a women owned business.
We are proud to model a culture of equality for all businesses.
DEI and EEO
Flannel is anti-racism. There is no place for exclusionary practices in our world.
We support our society’s most effective tools for making change. We provide financial support for organizations doing the work. We listen and learn, and speak when bias is present.
We collaborate with our clients to facilitate conversations with their own teams, develop statements and stances, identify exclusionary practices, and create action and accountability plans.
We do not have all the answers. Our commitment is to be constantly listening and learning. Our shared experiences and perspectives are important.
